Shipping fees vary depending on your shipping address and how many products you buy.

If you need, you can ask for your invoice. Send your Order ID to email@example.com using your GGEEKY Account email and we will send it to you asap.
We ship worldwide. If you country doesn’t show up in the available destinations during checkout, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Yes, you can change your order if you contact us before we start processing and printing it. Also, you can easily cancel a PayPal payment that is in a pending or unclaimed status. These payments will have a status of “Unclaimed” and will show in the “Pending” section of your PayPal account.

That’s a shame! Please, send us a picture-proof of the item you received. If that’s indeed the wrong product, we will print and ship the right one for you, cost-free.
In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your ORDER ID for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost.
First of all, we are sorry. Unfortunately, missing and delayed shipments are commonplace. If at least 10 business days have already passed, please contact us right away. We will try to locate it with out shipping carrier, and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send it to you at no cost.

Please, contact us as soon as possible. Tell us the correct shipping informations and, if we haven’t shipped your order already, we will modify it.
You can ask for a complete refund within 14 days after you received your order. After that period of time, a refund won’t be possible (but you will keep the lifetime guarantee, meaning that you will have the right to ask for a replacement of your Phone Case).

We send a complete sale report every payment cycle (15th of every month). If you need to check your sales report before, you can navigate to My Account Dashboard and click the button “REQUEST SALES REPORT” on the bottom of the page.
A popup will be displayed where you can choose the time frame (current month; last month; last 6 months; custom) and add additional requests.
Remember to use the email associated to your account and your name/username. Once filled, click REQUEST.
